Sunday

I don't know about you but Sunday is probably my favorite day of the week. Here lately it has involved church, pool time, and an afternoon nap. I am so happy to finally find a church I am growing to love. Everyone is just so sweet and welcoming and I could listen to the pastor for hours. Also, I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy getting dressed up.

side note- do any of you get blurry pictures when its humid outside? how do I fix this?

After church the hubby was sweet enough to watch baby girl and let me get some quiet pool time and grocery shopping done. I cooked dinner for the first time in FOREVER.

We had salmon patties and peas from the garden and its probably one of our favorite meals. I really enjoy cooking and would love to cook a big Sunday dinner every week, but lots of times I'm just too lazy.

I usually wrap up the weekend with a glass of California Chardonnay and the RHOOC..

The only thing that would make the day better would be an extra hour or two in the day to squeeze in more family time. What's your favorite day of the week?

  1. Your dinner looks fantastic! Did you make the salmon patties from scratch?

I have a rotating schedule, so I don't have a set 'day' off, but when I did I always loved Sundays. Especially Sundays on the boat - simply the best since they ususally involved champagne.

  7. I'm so glad you've found a church. It is so important to feel loved and at home when you're at church. I love your bag in the picture. Any details on it?
